Hear Ye, Go Green with Hearts Cluster

This year, we are doing a totally different thing that has NEVER been done before for Open House! We are making history!

We are collaborating with the rest of the Hearts Cluster (service) clubs and Environment Club is heading it this year. We need people to man the booth and to market the products to basically EVERYONE.

We are making products out of recyclable materials to sell during the Open House Bazaar. Our target audience are mainly secondary school students and secondary school leavers AND everyone that passes by! All profits will go to SP Needy Fund, so YES, you are doing a good deed by just turning up!

Date: 7-9JAN2010, Thurs-Sat, DON'T MISS THESE IMPORTANT DATES
Time: 10am-2pm, 2pm-6pm
Venue: Route along bus bay to EEE
Attire: SP ENV Club tee (if you're volunteering >1day and your club tee really really cannot dry in time, then SP tee shirt)
Manpower: 4-6 people per shift

For the morning shift people, I need you guys to come half an hour earlier to set up the booth.

To facilitate administrative work, please do at least four hours. LOA will be provided for the above two timings. Note that LOA will not be valid for CAs.

For the rest who are unable to help for some reason or another, do pop by to give your moral support and spread the word to your friends as well. Word-of-mouth is a very powerful tool :D
