The Amazing Green Race is an annual event in which the various departments and schools in SP will send respective representatives to take part in this major event.
There will be around 120 lecturer and staff playing our games, our rules, our style.
We need extra manpower due to the large unexpected inflow of participants.
Job scope : facilitators of the race and some help here and there :)
Production of games material (Optional)
Date : Monday ( after 4 pm) Tuesday ( after 10 am )
Venue: Club House
Objective : create material for the game
Mass Briefing for all ( Compulsory)
Date: Tuesday
Time : 6pm sharp
Venue: Club House
ALL participants must attend
Actual event : Amazing Green Race
Time: 1 pm to 6pm.
Date: 14 November 2007
Meet 1pm SHARP@ Club house.
Wear Green t-shirt or buy club T
Things to bring if have : newspaper, toilet roll, magazine,small bottles,cans....all recyclables ( as many as possible )
CCA points and LOA will be given
