To those who volunteering for Earth Fest 2007, there will be a briefing at
Date: 5th July 2007
Time: 5.15pm to around 8 pm
Location: National Youth Council (Somerset), Level 2
Attire: Casual ( be presentable)
Please meet at SAC (rock climbing wall) at 5.15pm sharp. We will cater a one way trip bus to bring us there. The briefing is compulsory.
Reply your attendance to Victor @ 98101157 ASAP by 3 July 3 pm
Those cannot make it , please attend a make-up briefing on this Friday , 4 pm , club house.Also pls print out the form and bring at the briefing (ONLY FOR THOSE WITH VALID REASONS)
